Have you been fed up with everything for a while now? Work and your coworkers annoying you? Then it's time to change something. Maybe this isn't the right job for you. According to a study in Germany, more than seven million employees no longer feel like doing their work. Yet nobody asks why we're fed up with everything. Here are some reasons for the dissatisfaction:

Too Much Stress and Pressure

Stress is the main factor why we're fed up with everything, and especially with our workplace. The ever-increasing time pressure drives employees into a state of enormous psychological strain. It becomes dangerous when nobody notices and it ends in suicide. Many people become so mentally ill that they see no way out of the situation themselves and therefore take their own lives. When time pressure and stress become so great that you can't go on, you should see a doctor urgently.

Lack of Appreciation From Others

Do you know that feeling when you put in the effort at your job, but nobody praises you? Then disappointment wells up in you and you feel unappreciated. That subsequently leads to frustration. Maybe your employer has much higher expectations, or lacks the social skills to praise employees. If that bothers you, go ahead and talk to your employer about your accomplishments. Even employers are mostly under such great time pressure that they don't even realize what's bothering the employee.

Poor Work Atmosphere

This is one of the most common reasons why most people are unhappy with their job. As soon as the atmosphere at work is disturbed, you can't concentrate on your tasks as an employee. You're constantly afraid that people are talking behind your back. If you even experience bullying at the workplace, it's even worse. The goal of workplace bullying is to drive the employee out of the company. However, not many people think about the fact that it can leave major psychological consequences and that people can fall into depression and, as a result, take their own lives. It's advisable to see a doctor immediately and quit the job.

The bottom line is that most people are fed up with everything. If you're not satisfied with your job, you should think about a different one. In the case of depression and excessive stress, you should definitely see a doctor so that worse can be prevented.
